IRST CHOICE GOURMET CATERING is privately owned and operated by Emmanuel Buchanan who is not only qualified, but has over 20 years proven industry experience having served his apprenticeship in the RAN and having worked for the Allied Hotel chain as well as for O’Brien Caterering before establishing his own catering business in the mid 80s. As well as possessing culinary qualifications in international cuisines, Emmanuel also holds a Business and Masters Degree. He is therefore well placed to consult in an informed and professional way with both PRIVATE and CORPORATE clients on all aspects of their catering needs.
